Hi, I'm Rachael Obi

I founded Mindworks on a simple but powerful belief: health is a human system, not a clinical checklist. After years in traditional psychiatry, I saw how often the 'person' was lost in the paperwork of the 'patient.' At Mindworks, we consult at the intersection of evidence-based medicine and lifestyle-centered care.
